The Society of Authors' Representatives/Independent Literary Agents Association (SAR/ILAA) is a non-profit corporation of those engaged in the business of representing authors, owners, or other custodians and proprietors of literary, dramatic, motion picture, television, radio or other literary material. Inabout 1992 it joined with the Independent Literary Agents Association to form the Association of Authors' Representatives.
